Erik Gavriluk

Erik Gavriluk (born September 26, 1970 in Huntington, New York) is a record producer, musician, and software engineer.
He was a founding employee of DreamWorks SKG and a lead designer on the Cairo Operating System project at Microsoft. He developed the Windows 95 startup sound with Brian Eno and was also a character study for Douglas Coupland's book Microserfs, published in 1995.
In 1998 he founded Bomb Factory, a recording studio and leading manufacturer of music software based in Burbank, California. His production and performance credits include The Dandy Warhols, Blink-182, eels, G. Love & Special Sauce, Stevie Nicks, Melissa Etheridge, Steve Allen, Hal Blaine, Marilyn Manson, Beck, Soulwax and Air.
Bomb Factory was acquired by Avid Technology () in 2003.
